St. Augustine Ballet is a Peanut Free environment.
Hair
It is very difficult and frustrating to learn proper body positioning and control if you cannot see or have to keep brushing hair out of your eyes. All dance students are required to have their hair pulled back away from the face and up off the neck. All Ballet students MUST wear hair in a BUN!

Girls - Hair must be pulled away from the face and worn in a bun if long enough. Short hair needs to be fastened away from the face.

Boys - Hair must be combed back and out of the face. Long hair must be in a ponytail
GALA
Girls - ALL students will be required to wear the “Classic” SAB uniform leotard, skirt, pink tights, and appropriate shoes
Boys - SAB class shirt for your level, black tights, dance pants or shorts, and appropriate shoes.
Ballet (Ballet 1 - Ballet 7)
Girls - SAB class leotard and skirt for your level, pink Ballet tights (no holes in tights), Split sole canvas demi pointe ballet shoes (If taking pointe- pointe shoes approved by your teacher)
Note: Additional style uniforms can be purchased at the studio (see the Uniform Guide at the studio), however all leotards need to be purchased in your class color. Reminder:, the “Classic” leotard must be purchased/worn for the Gala.
Boys - SAB class shirt, black tights, dance pants or shorts.
Creative Movement
St. Augustine Ballet & Conservatory class leotard, skirt, or tutu of your choice. Canvas demi-pointe ballet shoes. Tights are optional.
Jazz
Girls - St. Augustine Ballet & Conservatory class leotard for your level. Bloch Neoflex slip-on tan jazz shoes and Jazz leggings.
Boys - St. Augustine Ballet & Conservatory class shirt, black pants or shorts, and Bloch Neoflex slip on black jazz shoes.
Contemporary & Modern
Girls - SAB class leotard for your level, black leggings and Contemporary socks
Boys - SAB class shirt, black pants or shorts and Contemporary socks
Musical Theatre
Girls - St. Augustine Ballet & Conservatory class leotard for your level, black jazz shoes, and dance leggings.
Boys - St. Augustine Ballet & Conservatory class shirt, black jazz shoes, black pants, or shorts.
Tap
Girls - SAB class leotard for your level, black leggings and Bloch slip on black tap shoes.
Boys -SAB class shirt, black pants and Bloch slip on black tap shoes.
Tumbling (Acro)
SAB class leotard, black leggings and barefoot.
Company Rehearsals (Nutcracker/Spring Show)
Girls - Black leotard, pink Ballet tights (no holes in tights).
Boys - White shirt. Black tights, dance pants, or shorts.
